Sharing a unique blend of yoga styles. My classes combine Awakening Yoga, Ashtanga, Neurology and breathwork to create a calming and energising practice. Guiding you through a practice to help you to explore your inner self, your strengths, your flexibility, your balance and your mobility.

These classes work with your body, evening out your strengths and weaknesses, your imbalances and the inflexible areas. Creating a practice for you.

Yoga classes for all ages are challenging, but I love a class where everyone can join, giving options for each posture in a vinyasa flow practice

Hotel Guest Teacher
Sharing my practice and working routines for specific sports and modalities. Adding mobility, flexibility and strength.

Workshops
A workshop is longer than a regular class and gives the opportunity to dive deeper into a particular topic, hone an element of your practice, get to know a style of yoga, or simply have fun! Workshops can include discussion and theory in addition to physical practice.
